SB 1343 (Mitchell, 2018) requires employers of five or more employees including temporary and seasonal employees to provide at least two hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees and at least one hour to non-supervisory employees by January 1, 2021. California Department of Fair Employment and Housing provides free online videos for both sexual harassment prevention training for Supervisors/Managers and Employees.
