Foundation for Agriculture Education

The SJFB is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to improve agricultural literacy in San Joaquin County. Through in-class educational presentation, scholarships and different programs we teach students, teachers and consumer about farming, ranching and more!

How to Contribute

This organization wouldn’t be able to educate so many of our county’s students and teachers without donations. Your contribution is directly linked to us educating the next generation of agriculturalists in San Joaquin. Please consider donating below:

"Thank A Farmer"

Official Rules 

  • Poster must represent commodities grown/raised in SJ County 
  • Must include the “theme” written in clear legible handwriting 
  • Entries should be drawn on white paper, no larger than 8.5 x 11
    Any medium may be used (crayon, pencil, felt pen, paint etc.) 
  • Entries must be submitted flat – no rolled entries will be accepted 
  • Include the official entry form on the back of your work, entries submitted without the entry form will not be accepted 
  • Contest open to grades K-6 
  • Judging categories will be Grades K-3 and 4-6
    The winner for each grade will receive a certificate
